PTN is a brand of Faturamatik Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş., a licensed payment and electronic money institution authorized by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT). All its activities are supervised by the CBRT and offer the same high security standards as banks.

To receive a payment sent to your name at PTN service points, you need to have the following documents and information:

• Sender's full name
• Country from which the money was sent
• Reference number
• Expected amount
• Valid identification document

With PTN, you can make a money transfer in 3 easy steps: "Come to the nearest service point, fill out the money transfer form, and share the reference code with the recipient." Complete your money transfer within minutes.

However, only individuals over the age of 18 can perform money sending and receiving transactions.

At PTN service points, a maximum of 250,000 TRY, 10,000 USD, or 10,000 EUR can be sent or received in a single transaction. Limits may vary depending on the country.

You will not pay any fees or commissions when receiving money sent to your name at PTN service points.

The money transfer transactions you make will reach the recipient's name or account within minutes. However, in some countries, delays may occur due to partner institutions.

PTN service points are secure businesses where you can perform domestic and international money transfer transactions. All of these points are authorized and approved by Faturamatik, in partnership with the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), under the Law No. 6493.

For money transfer transactions sent to the recipient's name, you can make corrections by visiting our branches/points as long as the recipient has not yet withdrawn the money.
